The only thing more important to me than the health of your hair is my relationship with you. You deserve my time, my skills, and my complete attention during your visit. My goal is that you will never feel rushed out of my chair and that you feel thoroughly listened to and understood. Building a relationship with my guests is the best way to better understand their wants and needs for their hair. I’m in the business of hair care and creating joy. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things come up. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact me at (615) 753-5310 as soon as possible to get you rescheduled. I charge a 50% no show fee for any and all no-call no-show appointments. An unconfirmed appointment does not equal a cancelled appointment. You must contact me at least twenty four (24) hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid the cancellation fee. As of June 18 2023, all new clients are required to place a non-refundable deposit at the time of scheduling your appointment. The deposit is dependent on the service that is booked but will not exceed $50. This deposit will be applied towards your appointment total. Thank you for understanding.
